First stop: I LIKE MOST OF CRAIG DAVID's SONGS*. Really like, if you must know.
Most of his songs were a part of my high school years; when I first heard Fill Me In, I officially became a fan. Oh and when I saw the video? Double the fan.
Throughout the years, his music evolved like any real musician should. His album, The Story Goes, includes the embedded video. Obviously, this is one of my favorites. Most favorite.
The song is about second chances & taking risks. The first time I heard this song was way back 2005, the time I used to work as store manager for a record bar. Right then and there, I had a delightful inkling towards the song. In my mind, I was an ideal romantic who goes "awww" for that man (in the song) who seems to be downright sincere about every word said.

The melody is simple. The lyrics, marvelous; the words simply have the sincerity to say what's from the heart. I know, I know. It all seems sappy.
